• Rib Eye and/or Strip Steaks:  40 pounds
• Short Ribs and Shank: 16-32 pounds
• Roasts (Brisket, Rump Roast, London Broil, Chuck Roast, Shoulder): 32-48 pounds
• Steaks (Chuck Petite Tender, Eye Round, Flank Steak, Flat Iron, Hanger Steak, Skirt Steak): 40-80 pounds
• Ground Beef / Stew Meat:  200 pounds
• Whole Grass-Fed Cow for less than $6.73/lb

Weights are approximate and fluctuate according to size.  All Portions are vacuum packed and frozen to protect flavor and freshness.  All items ship was frozen.
