What animals do you offer processing for?Beef, Pork, Lamb, and Goat.

Do you guys sell meat?No! We don't sell meat, we just do the processing!

Do you process wild game?No we do not. All animals we process must be killed inside our facility.

How do I know when my meat is ready?You will receive a Quickbooks invoice in your email and that is when you know that processing is ready to be picked up!

What kind of payment do you accept?We accept all standard forms of payment: cash, card, and check. Card can be processed online through Quickbooks invoice.

How much is USDA processing?USDA processing is an additional $65 per pig and $250 per cow on top of the standard processing fee.

Can I keep the liver, heart, tongue, and tail?Yes you can! However, we cannot keep anything from the head.

Can I keep the hide?Yes you can, it just needs to be picked up the day of harvesting.

How long do the cows hang for?The hang time is guaranteed at least 7 days.

How much meat should I expect to get back from my cow?You should expect to get roughly 42% of the cows live weight back in meat.

How much is USDA processing?USDA processing for cows is an additional $250 dollars

Can I get the jowls, ears, and tail?No we can not give you the jowls, ears, and tail.

Do you guys make bacon?Yes we do bacon for a $3/lb processing fee! However, bacon is only done custom and cannot be done USDA inspected.

How much meat should I expect to get back?You should expect to get roughly 50% of the live weight back in meat.

Is seasoned sausage included in the processing fee?Yes. However, if you prefer it to be linked it is an additional $1 per lb.
