- Rib Eye and/or Strip Steaks: 10 pounds
- Short Ribs and Shank: 4-8 pounds
- Roasts (Brisket, Rump Roast, London Broil, Chuck Roast, Shoulder): 8-12 pounds
- Steaks (Chuck Petite Tender, Eye Round, Flank Steak, Flat Iron, Hanger Steak, Skirt Steak): 10-20 pounds
- Ground Beef / Stew Meat: 50 pounds
Weights are approximate and fluctuate according to size. All Portions are vacuum packed and frozen to protect flavor and freshness. All items ship was frozen.
