You will see the following:

• Tenderloin:  4 pounds
• Sirloin Steaks: 4-8 pounds
• Rib Eye and/or Strip Steaks:  20 pounds
• Short Ribs and Shank: 8-16 pounds
• Roasts (Brisket, Rump Roast, London Broil, Chuck Roast, Shoulder): 16-24 pounds
• Steaks (Chuck Petite Tender, Eye Round, Flank Steak, Flat Iron, Hanger Steak, Skirt Steak): 20-40 pounds
• Ground Beef / Stew Meat:  100 pounds

Weights are approximate and fluctuate according to size.  All Portions are vacuum packed and frozen to protect flavor and freshness.  All items ship was frozen.
